Looks like life got in the way again.  I have been so busy lately that I have neglected my postings.

Well at least I've been busy working on new projects in the studio.  One of my latest is a series of digital manipulations of images that I have called Monsters in History.  It came to me a few months back when I was researching 16th and 17th century portraits.  While looking at the heroic or flawless manner in which these upscaled people were presented, I asked myself if they were really good people.  We all have our flaws and some of the worst of us get to be more famous than the best.  And good people but into horrible situations become manipulative monsters.  So I struck upon an idea of placing icons of the Monster movies we all grew up with into 20th century imagery, some with historical references.

Monsters in History - American Outlaw, is one such image.

The full image can be seen and purchased at society6.com

I have two others that use Frankenstein's Monster, and I have three others in the works. I have also started some works with the Wolfman, Dracula, Creature from the Black Lagoon, and a number of others.  All having some reference to events in the 20th century.

Look up the work and let me know what you think.

Look forward to your comments.

Thanks
